We believe that hair has no gender only personality. Gender-neutral pricing means our charges are set according to your hair's length, your styling needs, and a combination of our years of experience and talent/skills. With this, we aim to break the norm of men’s and women’s pricing based on gender.
We offer all types of styles, it can range from classic clean cuts to rock n’ roll shags also not limited to bowl cuts, layered long lengths, and fades. Our styles don’t pertain to any gender. You can also browse through our Services page for a detailed insight.
Each of our stylists has their own strengths and weaknesses. The best way to figure out which stylist will best suit you is to either check out our Team page, contact us through phone/email, or to get a better visual - each of our stylists also has their own Instagram page.
Although we can help guide you, we recommend that you bring a photo of the type of look you are wanting to achieve, and with that, we can further assess what looks best for you.
Ask! If you find yourself unsure of someone's pronoun, be attentive to how others refer to this person. If you are still unsure, politely and privately ask that person what pronoun they use.
All haircut services include a hair wash and styling. For dry curly haircuts please come with clean and styled hair prior to your appointment.

Yes, we do! We love kids.
Yes! All of our artists have different specialties. You can book a haircut with one and color with another artist or book different services with the same artist.
We recommend booking a few days prior. We are busy and we are positive you are too! To be able to give you the appropriate time that works well for you, a few days ahead is recommended.
Both locations have street parking along college street. For our bathurst location, there is free parking around the corner and for our Ossington location you will find free parking along Ossington street.

We now require 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
All colour services now require a $100 non-refundable booking fee made to lesstudio.to@gmail.com. This fee will be deducted from your total at the end of your colour service. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment prior to our 48-hour policy, we will be happy to transfer your booking fee and use it for your next colour service. If you need to cancel, no show or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours you will, unfortunately, forfeit your deposit and we would require another $100 deposit to rebook.
Failure to submit a booking fee may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Masks Upon Request: We understand that some clients may feel more comfortable if our staff wear masks during interactions. Please feel free to ask for this, and we will be happy to accommodate.
Our space is limited but you can bring a support person to your appointment. We will provide Hand Sanitizer for you before & after your appointment. We have extended appointment times to provide adequate time to disinfect as well as prevent client overlap.
For any color questions, you may have feel free to book our complimentary Colour Consultation. This can be done with any of our colorists via phone or in person, they will help you choose the best service for you.
Balayage can generally last anywhere from 4-6 months and, if maintained properly, can last a maximum of 8 months.
Both locations have a couple steps to get inside - if you need a ramp we can set one up at bathurst. We do not have handicap door buttons, if you need assistance getting inside let your stylist know ahead of time and we will make a plan.
We do not have grab bars in the bathroom. We have a few stylists that always mask and the rest will mask upon request. If you need any other accommodations give us a call or send us an email, we’re happy to help.
